Returns

There can be multiple reasons why you want to return a product. We give you a period of 14 days after you received the product, in what you can decide to keep the product or return it. If you have any questions about returning a product, please contact our email address info@totallyredclothing.com

RULES FOR RETURNING

Keep in mind that if you want to return your product, it has to fulfill some requirements:

  • The product has not been used. It is allowed to try the product on, to see if it fits properly.
  • The product needs to be in a new state, that means there was no damage done to the product after arriving.
  • The product needs to be provided with all original labels, stickers and packaging. (As much as possible.)

When the returned product(s) have arrived at our customer service and when the product(s) are in a good state, as described above, we immediately refund you the entire cost of your order/product. A refund takes place via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal, dependent on what way you paid for your order. You receive an email when your product will be refunded. Always add the proof of purchase when you are returning a product. For all products that get returned in a way that is not acceptable, we will apply returning- and administration costs.
